Lynn
Harris has served the cities of Santa Clarita and El Segundo in executive
management capacities directing, at various times, Planning Departments,
Community Development Departments, Public Works Departments and as Deputy City
Manager. She has extensive experience in
local government staff assessments leading to functional reorganization design
and implementation. Prior to joining the Cabinet Ms. Harris served as the
Manager of Community Development for the Southern California Association of
Governments responsible for various mandated federal programs including the integration of local land use with regional
transportation infrastructure.
With
over 30 years experience in southern California, Ms. Harris has demonstrated abilities
including team motivation leading to innovative economic development incentive
packaging, large scale capital project completion, community/developer
mediation, development agreement negotiation, disaster preparedness, and public sector budgeting.
Client Teams
When
you invite the Cabinet in we immediately assess the areas of expertise needed
to bring your situation to a satisfactory conclusion. We maintain a roster of Senior Consultants
available to join a Client Team as needed.
In this way, you get the hands on unique expertise your situation calls
for and work can begin almost immediately. The final Client Team and the team
members areas of expertise are provided to the client.
